Location

The Center is located at 2440 M St. NW, Suite 314. It is situated on the corner of 25th st. and M st. By Metro: Take the blue or orange line to Foggy Bottom and the Center is a 10 minute walk from the station. Parking: there is metered street parking available, as well as Colonial Parking garage in the building (entrance is on M st).

The office is officially open between 10:00 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday. However, evening and weekend appointments may be available.

Virtual Office Location

The Center is located at 2001 L St. NW, Suite 500. This address is considered a virtual office. Mail is accepted here for the office and can be dropped off at this location in person. However, no staff is present as doctors, therapists, and staff are working virtually. In person sessions can be set up at this location on exception of the doctor or therapist.

The office is officially open between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. However, evening and weekend appointments may be available.

Voice Mail

The voice mail takes calls before 10:00 am and after 5:00 pm on weekdays and during weekends. When leaving a message, please be very specific, spell your name, and speak slowly. Please leave both home and work phone numbers. If you need a prescription refilled, leave all necessary information including your name, doctor's name, pharmacy phone number, name of medication, strength of each pill, quantity, and the directions. The prescription will be called in by the end of the next business day. Generally, all messages will be answered within 

24 hours.

 

Insurance

We ask that you settle your account with us and submit your insurance forms for your own reimbursement. Although we regard all insurance related issues as the responsibility of the insurance holder, we will assist you if requested. 


If you have any questions about your insurance benefits, please contact your insurance company representative directly or talk with someone in your personnel office. We will gladly discuss any questions about insurance that 

may arise.

Appointments can be made by calling the Center at (202) 363-3900 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Please give the office manager your name and phone number and one of the medical doctors or therapists will call you back to arrange a mutually convenient time.
